The courtyard's main features are the four residences: two on the ground floor and two on the first floor.
Today they bear the names of those who have lived in them over time: Casa Teresa, Casa Marco, Casa Alessandro, and Casa Cecilia.
Casa Teresa has direct access from the courtyard. It's a unique space where you can sleep, work, relax, and cook. There's also a bedroom with a single bed.
Upstairs is Casa Marco, connected to Casa Teresa by an internal staircase, but accessible separately from the terrace balcony. In addition to the open space, where you can prepare breakfast or a quick meal, there's also the option of accommodating a third guest in the bedroom.
On the same floor, mirroring Casa Marco, is the bright Casa Alessandro, also a single space where you can live in complete autonomy: work, free time, relax and cook something, with the possibility of adding a third bed in an adjoining room.
Casa Cecilia is the home of the lady of the house. Guardian of this rebirth, she oversees the welcome and life in the courtyard. A hot coffee is always ready.
This is also where Talenti e Territori aps, the association that manages the artistic residency projects directed by Alessandro, is based.
