One is used by Alessandro as a painting studio, the others are available to artists involved in residency projects.

The added value, however, is the courtyard: an open, protected, bright, and quiet space where you can work, observe, or photograph others, but also meet to discuss and reason. Naturally, there are plenty of opportunities for socializing.
